Server current URL mode and Joomla subfolder

I have set 'Server current URL mode' to all three options, refreshed menu item for Hikashop category and regardless of chosen URL option, I get the same result where the product code URL is missing the Joomla installation subfolder :

www.mydomain.comshop/product/10-shorts

Should be

www.mydomain.com/online/shop/product/10-shorts

Wouldn't that be because the "canonical URL" of your product has the wrong URL ?
Try to empty that field and make sure that the "force canonical URLs on listings" setting of the hikaShop configuration is turned off.
Then, try the different values of that "server current URL mode" setting.
