from 2.6..0 to 2.6.1
and
from 2.4.2 to 2.6.1

Sure.
Download the install package of the latest version on our website via the menu My account>My subscriptions. Extract it on your local computer and upload all the files and folders in the tmp folder of your website via FTP. Then, use the joomla installer's "install from directory" in order to run the installation of the files and folders that you uploaded in your tmp folder. It will perform the update automatically.
