Hi,
I need to update outdated Hikashop/Joomla site so I decided to clone it to perform the update test.

After cloning in the production site hikashop panel pages appear as attached image.
There is a licensing issue?

Mmm. It seems so yes. However, I'm not able to reproduce that. All the things I can try lead to a valid page displaying the issue/information you of the situation/etc.
What is the link in your browser address bar ?
What is the URL in the src attribute of the iframe on the page (you can look at the source of the page with your browser and search for "iframe" in order to find it) ?

Ah yes that's normal then. You'll have to update HikaShop and the error will disappear. The version is just too old and the component which handles the licensing called com_doc doesn't existing on our end anymore.

I found that by the site owner PC hikashop panel is loaded correctly.
So I investigated and found out that the site has two domains.
If you log on with doroedargento.com everything works correctly.

Probably the license is assigned to this second domain or there is a RewriteRule

If I buy a Hikashop essentially licence and asign it to mydomain1.tld,
Can I later assign the licence to mydomain2.tld?

Yes, you can change the domain name via the menu My account>My subscriptions when your subscription is active.
