1- in hikashop bussines , can i in store sale product physicaly and virtual (donwload or serial number) simultaneously?
becuase i dont know hikashop how to shipping for virtual product and physicaly product simultaneously
2- i want to sale antivirus and license with (hikaserial)
i want to when customer A order for example : license antivirus kaspersky one year, after one year just for customer A display renew antivirus with discount (discount and renew ONLY for customer A and product antivirus kaspersky one year) Is not for disount for all customer or group customer and all product
is it possible?
similar to subscribtion hikashop.com (ONLY for product ordered and Customer A) , affter one yeare display discont

Hi,

1 - Yes.
A product with weight is a physical product ; a product without weight is a virtual product.
Afterwards there is a setting "force shipping regardless of the weight" to not perform that distinction.

2 - The "renew" part will require a subscription system.
HikaSerial can generate (or provide from a pre-set database) serial numbers but there is not for the moment a "subscription" feature. It is something we want to add in the future but we are currently busy with the development of HikaShop 3.
So before his availability, it will be easier to use an existing subscription system (you can see the integration in the documentation page, under the "intergration" section).

i should turn off --> setting "force shipping regardless of the weight" ?
i want for example :
1- if customer ONLY buy virtual product ---> not display shipping method in checkout
2- if customer ONLY buy physicial product ---> display shipping method in checkout
3- if customer ONLY buy physical product and virtual product (together and Simultaneous in Cart ) ---> display shipping method in checkout
i want display shipping method in checkout AUTOMATIC :
if virtual product --> auto not display shipping method in checkout
if physicial product --> auto display shipping method in checkout
if physical product and virtual product (in Cart) ----> auto display shipping method in checkout

is it possible?
