Never Updated

Hi,

Everytime i try to update hikashop it never ends, always appairs a blank page , then i have to reset de joomla administrator and star all over again.

Why is this happening?

Hi,

It's probably coming from a restriction on your server, put in place by your hosting.
Turn on the "error reporting" and "debug mode" settings of the Joomla configuration and try again.
It should then display the error messages on the blank page, which will help you understand why this happens.
It's probably a memory limit or a max execution time limit.
In both cases, it's possible to circumvent the problem with a FTP install, as explained in our documentation:
