Duplicate Menu Item Error When There is No Duplicate was created by NanoPlanet

Good morning,
I am trying to add a new HikaShop category to my main menu and keep getting the following error message:
The problem is that there IS no duplicate menu item. Not even in my menu Trash. I have looked everywhere on the
site to find the duplicate but it just isn't there.
Please help!

Use a Joomla menu item of type 'Alias' instead to avoid duplicated contents.

That error message is generated by the Joomla menu manager, not HikaShop. So I wouldn't be able to say much.
If Joomla says that there already is a menu item with the same link, then either Jomla has a bug or there really is a menu item with that link.
Now I don't know how you've configured the menu item you're trying to add, nor all the links of all the menu items on your website, but I would first recommend to double check.
