registration page redirects to a 404 page not found after submit

i am using the hikashop registration form for registating at our site using the url www.pim.gr/index.php/hikashop-menu-for-hikashop-registration when all data is entered and a submit button is being pressed the registration page is redirecting to www.pim.gr/index.php/hikashop-menu-for-h...ctivate_page?lang=el with a 404 page Page not found : activate_page.
Activation email is being and also the user is created in joomla users.Also a strange thing is that i get an email of a new order created but without any data.
From search around and reading i have also activated URL where you will be redirected when the cart is empty : to www.pim.gr but still nothing.Please i need your help on this.

in HikaShop 3 ; the user activation is made under the "user" context and not the "checkout" one.
But by using the "legacy checkout", you will re-find the legacy features including the user activation via le checkout controller.

Please be sure that you do not have any view or email override.
Please also be sure to be up to date with the latest version of HikaShop (currently, it's 3.0.1)

I have the same problem, after registration it direct to 404 not found : activate_page....
And I try to reinstall hikashop the problem is solved.

What can I do, If i had update from hika 2.x to 3.2 and i see 404 Not Found error when i click regestration confirmation link? I don't have personalization on email, but i have personalization of views.

I can't reinstall hikashop or remove personalization.

in 3.0.1 - was ok, links work ok
in 3.1.1 - was ok, links work ok
in 3.2.0- error regestration link don't work
in 3.2.1 - error regestration link don't work

After click in activation link I see error page but count is activated...

I also see that error occurs only when i register form checkout. When I send registration form from main menu, everything works ok.

I would first recommend to check the menu System>Emails. Do you see a bin icon in the customization columns of the "user account" email ? If you do, it means that the email has been customized and that's your issue.
If you don't, then I'm not sure what is the cause of the problem. I would need more details:
- instructions to reproduce the issue on your website
- a link to the shop
