Import variant product problem

I'm trying using csv file to import variant product quantity, but it will affect other variant product disappear

Hi,

Yes, that's normal. The import is to update products. So the system will remove the variants that are not in the CSV in order to update the product.
If you want to update some products variants without impacting others, you should do the import via the mass actions system in the menu System>Mass actions. There, add a CSV import filter to a product mass action with your CSV and process it and it should do it.
