HikaShop is not sending any emails

I know it is a subject already discussed many times. However i can't find the solution. Hikashop is not sending any emails at all, the email functionality of Joomla however is working fine both in PHP as Sendmail.
In HikaShop i kept the standard settings.
it was working a few days ago, the biggest change i made was installing a second language. Joomla sends the mails now in 2 languanges and HikaShop sends non.
Any Tips or Trics?

Hi,

Check the menu Customers>Emails history.
Do you see the emails there ?
If yes, then HikaShop sent them to the email server but the email server was not able to send them to the recipient email server.
So you'll have to check the logs of the email server to understand why this is happening.
You'll probably have to contact your hosting support with a screenshot of the details of one email from the history that wasn't delivered so that they can tell you what's wrong.
IT's probably something related to the settings under the Emails section of the HikaShop configuration.

Hi Nicolas, thank you for you rreply and time. Unfortunately i am running the starter version and cant find the Email history.
i will upgrade tomorrow and have a look.
