Cannot update

I have 2 issues:

#1 - When I go to the Extensions Page, it shows
HikaShop Business - Your license has expired on 01 March 2017, please check your account on hikas...

This is NOT the case. We updated our subscription.

#2 - When I click the checkbox to update it, I get an error that 'Invalid extension update'

1. Well, I've checked on our end and your subscription on your account for HikaShop Business did expire on March 2017. Hence, it's normal that you get that error as far as I can see. You would have to go in the menu My account>My subscriptions on our website and click on the renew link there to renew your subscription and you'll then be able to update again.

2. That error is normal when you're trying to update an extension for which your subscription expired.

You're looking at the subscription for the website p3proswing.com which is attached to the website p3proswing.com with the user account SVT, while you're trying to update on the website p3proswing.com/site3 for which there is a subscription which expired in march and which is attached to the user p3.chuck

Change your subscription to p3proswing.com/site3 in your account SVT and refresh the updates on that website and it should then work.
