PayPal doesn't send shipping details to vendor

When the vendor receives an email from PayPal saying he has received payment, the shipping method is "not specified". He can only see the shipping method/cost by accessing the order directly from the backend.
Is there some setting that I haven't set properly?

Here is the integration documentation for the PayPal standard API:

As you'll see, there is no variable for HikaShop to give to PayPal the shipping method selected by the customer during the checkout on your website.
