T&Cs checkout link shows blank page

I'm running Hikashop Business on three sites, and I've just noticed that since the last update the T&Cs link on two of them now leads to a blank, black page, even though T&Cs articles are specified for all of them.

These two show a black page: thelavenderlady.co.uk, tarkapottery.co.uk
This one is working: mothersmilkbooks.com

Can you advise, please?

Change the "popup mode" of the Hikashop configuration to "vex" and it should work properly.
