Hello,

I've just updated hikashop and i see that the customer control panel doesn't display the elements stacked (each one below the others)

the display css attribute is block so it should be correct

You have got two users on my website:

hikatest hikatest

and

test test

but doesn't know the password, i can change them if needed

so maybe you can see the user control panel and how it is displaying

Thanks

No worry

When i go back to default css on both front-end parts, the display is correct.

Thanks for this awesome update

Hi,

I don't see any other reason.
Could you provide a link to the user control panel so that we can look at it with that test user ?

My bad, forgot to send link:-
Log in as demo >> Go to CQC Toolkits >> My Account

Direct link: www.everythingcqc.com/index.php?option=c...ut=cpanel&Itemid=556
If you need access to backend, just change the password for demo user and let me know, I'll give you access to demo user

BTW I had to revert to PHP 7.1.22 as cpanel does not display correctly in 7.2 (not solved yet). But same problem still with FontAwesome
Thanks

Hi xgenics

It might not be related but your template uses Gantry4 which does not include Fontawesome 5. I have been testing one of my sites that uses an older Rockettheme template and get similar results with HikaShop 4 - not had chance t investigate further though!

The icons seem to stack correctly using the Beez template:
www.everythingcqc.com/index.php?option=c...Itemid=556&tmpl=beez

Thanks Trevor,
Thanks for the pointer but it's a little beyond me in terms of solving it.
What confuses me is that a couple of icons seem to display correctly, and I expected an "all or nothing" situation if the font was not available.

Also tried to revert to the "old" style for the time being but that doesn't work either.

Hi Bahrat

I have posted a message in the Rockettheme forums. You can follow it here:

Hi,

The issue comes from the CSS code:
font-weight: normal !important;
that you have in the file /templates/rt_hexeris/css/rt_hexeris-custom.css
So the problem is not with your template but with your custom CSS.
Some of the icons of fontawesome need a fontweight solid, while others a fontweight normal.
By forcing the fontweight of all the elements of your website you prevent fontawesome to use the correct fontweight for some of the icons, resulting in the icons not displaying.
You would need to modify your custom CSS to exclude the i tags used by fontawesome:
