Some categories on home page don't displays

I have made update to all (Hikashop, Joomla, Plugs in) and for a unknown reason some categories on home page don't displays.
Could you help me please?

We can see that you have some old content which would indicate some old view overrides.
The could be fix using a bit of CSS or by remove/redo the override.

Regarding your main question ; I'm afraid that we do not have the knowledge regarding the content ; so we don't know what is that "missing content" nor how it should be display.
We also don't know what was your version before.
