Setting up an Admin group for HIKASHOP

-- Joomla version -- : 9
-- PHP version -- : 7.x
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox

I am trying to set up an Admin group that would allow members to manage HIKASHOP (Dashboard, products......) without being able to modify the rest of Joomla! (System, Users, Menus, Content, Components, Extension)

Is there a tutorial on how to do that?

It's not really something linked to HikaShop. That's something you'll want to configure in Joomla.

It is a bit long but thorough.
