Can't update hikashop

Hi,

Just found there is Hikashop 4.0.3
As usual tried to update it on my localhost via "Upload package file". After component installation was successful message i get another message that your version is 4.0.0 and the latest stable is 4.0.2....

Trying to install on localhost.

PHP 7.1.22
Hikashop current 4.0.0
Joomla 3.9.0

Seems plugin files are updated correctly as i have some changes in userpoint plugin and i need to reapply it again after each update...
Never had such issues.

Hi,

Go in the HikaShop configuration and check the version number.
If it's still 4.0.0, then rename the folders administrator/components/com_hikashop/ and components/com_hikashop via FTP and run the installation with the install package from our website and it will add these folders with all the correct files etc and you should also get the latest version.

Same problem here (4.0.2 -> 4.03), except that it says that 3.0.0 is the current version.

Renaming the suggested folders and reinstalling 4.0.3 gave an error. I deleted the folders and reinstalled 4.0.3. The result is unchanged, it keeps saying I've got 3.0.0 installed.

Sorry for that, we found the issue on our end.
Please download again the install package on our website and install it on yours and you'll get it working.

I was just about to write to you on this topic. Instead version 4.0.3 was 4.0.0. Already working properly Thanks.
