massaction characteristics 1064 sql error

In the massactions, when I want to filter CHARACTERISTICS in products I get a 1064 error in the SQL, see screenshot:

Could you try again after:
- activating the "error reporting" and "debug mode" settings of the Joomla configuration
- doing that modification: www.hikashop.com/support/forum/product-c...eld-list.html#304882
That will give you more information on that error which would help us better understand what's going on.
