There is no such thing by default in HikaShop. So this means that the category name display has been added there either on your end or by your template provider.
As we're not sure how it was done we can't provide a precise answer.
However, a simple way would be to hide it with a bit of CSS:
.hikashop_product_page #category{ display:none; }
