Error in search after update to Hikashop 4.4

Hi,
After update to Hikashop 4.4 i get the folowing error when anyone search a product in the module search (frontend):
Error 1064
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')) GROUP BY (a.product_id) ORDER BY a.product_modified DESC LIMIT 0, 50' at line 1.
Any idea to solve this?

Hi,

Please activate the "error reporting" and "debug mode" settings of the Joomla configuration and try again.
That should display more information about the error which we will need to better understand the issue you have.

I see that there is an error with the MySQL query to search for products in the database.
But I'm still not sure why as it doesn't happen on my end (or anyone else so far).
Could you also please do this modification in order to know the exact MySQL query which creates the error ?

As far i can see, this is something wrong with the Hikashop products search plugin. If i use the default fields product_name and product_description this works, but if i try remove one of then or add more like product_keywords i get the problem.

Thanks for the extra information on the issue.
I was not doubting that the issue was in that plugin.
My problem was that I couldn't reproduce the problem you had, so that's why I needed more information.
But with what you explained in your last message, I was able to reproduce the issue and added a patch for it.
Download again the install package of HikaShop on our website and install it on yours and it will add the patch for that issue.
