Can't purchase business version

Hi! I tried to pay business version of Hikashop, but got an error message. From it I understood, that didn't fill in post code (however it didn't mark as necessary). Now I can't refill in again and pay. Order number D4S5Y4E52
. Recently I've tried to buy business version again and have got next message:

You need to go through the checkout again and there, you'll be able to edit your address where you'll be able to fill in your post code.
The error comes from our payment gateway which requires the post code to be filled to accept payments.

Yes, I've already done it, but it doesn't work. I created new order and had an error again:

You need to complete your shipping address with a postcode to be able to complete your order.
