Unable to upgrade Hikashop Business

-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.23
-- PHP version -- : 7
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox

I am unable to upgrade Hikashop Business from my old version purchased in February 2016 to the latest version purchased today.
I get this message: "An Error has Occurred - 404 Component Not Found"
Please help!

Hi Nicolas,

I was successful in installing Hikashop Business on my migrated 2.5 site. I had been trying to do the install with my old Hikashop files disabled.
When I enabled them, the installation worked smoothly. Thanks once again for this great product! Please close this ticket.
