Box to enter coupons not showing.

Did you check your Checkout Workflow, and more precisely that you have add a coupon block, see my screenshot :
From Main HikaShop Configuration, go to Checkout tab, then in Checkout Workflow part :


Please, provide relative configuration page screenshot that manage your Coupon.
