Hola, buenos días.
Tengo mi web en Siteground.
Tienen la opción de programar tareas cron.
Cuando creo el cron de Hikashop ( www.xxxx.es/index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=cron )
Al “ejecutarse” devuelve este correo:
/bin/sh: www.xxxx.es/index.php?option=com_hikashop : No such file or directory
No copia la cadena correcta para ejecutar la tarea.
¿Qué me recomiendas?

Hi,
Well, note that you can use our own cron mechanism in your HikaShop configuration page, you don't need to rely on your hosting cron.
Alternatively, you can also use an online cron service like cron-job.org/en/
It's free to use.
Regarding the issue you have with your hosting cron mechanism, I'm afraid you'll have to ask your hosting support as we don't know how they handle it.

Hola Nicolás.
Mi intención es programar la ejecución de dos tareas cron al día (una por la mañana y otra por la tarde).
¿Hikashop lo permite?
¿Cómo?

Hi,
What do you want to trigger on your website ?
If, for example, you want to trigger the creation of the Google Products XML by the Google products plugin, it's possible. You could configure the frequency to be 12hours in the settings of the plugin and in that case you could have the main cron task triggered every 15 minutes ( as it is with the normal cron system we offer in HikaShop ). Then it's just a matter of adjusting the "last time triggered" setting to be at the hour you want in the future ( for example 6am) and it will trigger at 6pm and then 6am the next day, etc.

Hi,
First, you need to configure your HikaShop cron task:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/5...ashop-cron-task.html
You can use the normal cron task of HikaShop we provide and have it run every 15 minutes.
Make sure the cron task is working as per the instructions on that page.
Then, in both the reminder plugin and the waitlist plugin settings (via the joomla plugins manager), you can find a setting "Period" (or "frequency") and a setting "Last update".
In the first one, you need to enter 43200, which is the number of seconds in 12 hours.
And in the Last update, you need to enter the next time you want the plugins to run with the unix timestamp format.
You can use that tool to get the number to enter there:
www.epochconverter.com/
Also, make sure the plugins are enabled with an access set to "public".
That way, they will run once the next time you configured + the period. And then, they will run every 12 hours.
So for example if now is 10AM and you configure the "last update" to be 3PM, the next time the plugins will be triggered will be the next day at 3am, and then the next day at 3PM, etc.

Hi Nicolas.
Excuse me for opening several tickets for you, but today we have done the migration and I want to tell you about things that I find.
When executing the cron URL, what you can see in the attachment appears on the screen.
I am also waiting for you to comment on the step from orders to confirmed.
Thanks!!

Hi,
I can see on our end that the cron task has not been activated.
I've manually activated for you (normally, you can do it yourself from the Cron tab of the HikaShop configuration).
It should be working fine now.
