How to reset product downloads timer?

Hi

To me seems like in "Download Time Limit" section only 360 days works. Any other setting doesn't work and can't be set successful either. So the question is why this doesn't work or how to make it work?
Other question is how to reset this counter for products link expired after 360 days which was default setting? We have users and we want them to download software for longer then 12 months.

Any help/tips appreciated.

Hi,

You could just increase the value in the "Download Time Limit" setting to increase the duration the link is available. If you don't want any limit you can enter 0 in it.
Note that you have that setting at two places:
- first you have it under the Files section of the HikaShop configuration.
- second, you have it in the popup when you click on the name of a file in the product edit page. That setting overrides the one in the HikaShop configuration.
