Turn of Login and Force Guest Checkout

Is it possible to make user use the guest checkout and never see the ability to login?

Of course, you'll just have to configure it by using options of the page "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout" through the "LOGIN & REGISTRATION" tab.

Setting the "Login" option to NO and the "Registration" option to "Guest" should do the job.
