Order Status emails

Hi,

This is a quick question hopefully - I have been looking for the answer, but just need some clarification.

Currently, my customers receive two order status emails: one when the order is created, and the second when the order is confirmed.

Is there a way to set emails so that the customers only receive the order status email when the order is confirmed.

Any guidance as always greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Yes. Go in the System>Emails menu and unpublish the "order created notification" email which is sent to the user when his order is created.
