Sure. Do a translation override of that text and instead of the %s where the URL of the HikaShop guest registration form page is, write the URL of your registration page:

You should be able to do it by changing:
CLICK_HERE_TO_EASILY_CREATE_YOUR_USER_ACCOUNT="Click here to easily create your user account on our website. That way, next time you purchase on our online shop, you won't have to reenter your address."
to:
CLICK_HERE_TO_EASILY_CREATE_YOUR_USER_ACCOUNT="</a><a href=' www.zlddsign.nl/register '>Click here to easily create your user account on our website. That way, next time you purchase on our online shop, you won't have to reenter your address."
as a translation override.
