Remove "-x downloads left" for digital products

In the case of unlimited download for digital products, the downloaded products personal page for users who downloaded digital products shows negative numbers of downloads left under the status column.
This is probably the consequence of using 0 in the product configuration page to set up unlimited downloads.
But since the downloads are supposed to be unlimited, this "0 downloads left" or "-10 downloads left" shouldn't even show in the user personal products page. Is there a simple way to remove this status column(except using custom css) ? I couldn't find it.

Thank you for your feedback. I've added a patch which should make it display better in your case.
Please download again the install package of the 4.7.0 on our website and install it on yours and it should display something more accurate.

So, I installed the new package, refresh the cache, put Cloudflare in dev mode, but... I see no changes ?

This is the version I installed : Version HikaShop Essential 4.7.0 [2212060933]
Hmmm, It looks like it's not the most recent version.... I'll do it again.

So I did a new download, and performed a new install, but the displayed version did not change : HikaShop Essential 4.7.0 [2212060933]
although the package I downloaded is labelled com_hikashop_essential_v4.7.0_2022-12-06_13-56-17

Then, I'm not sure. It could be a view override, or a weird case based on how the product/configuration of HikaShop are set up.

I was able to look at the situation and I had forgotten something in my patch yesterday. I've made a modification on our end and it will help.
Download again the install package on our website and install it again on your website it will display better.
