Hi - I'm doing an upgrade to Joomla 4 and am having all kinds of problems. Hikashop was up to date but I received an error message that the sync plugin or something like that was not install or was disabled. So i went in an turned on some of the disabled plugins and the whole thing broke. Back end, front end all of it.

How do i re-install Hikashop from ftp? would that be the solution?

Hi,

The full error message is:

plugins/system/hika_rsvp_redirect/hika_rsvp_redirect.php (17)

This means that the version of the RSVP-HikaShop integration plugin you're using is not compatible with Joomla 4.
So the error is not in HikaShop and reinstalling HikaShop won't help.
You need to either disable the RSVP-HikaShop integration plugin or update it to a Joomla 4-compatible version.
So you'll have to check with the support at www.jevents.net/
