Asking for the product filter issue

In product filter, we should manually reload the page after clicked the filter. I have set the submit after clicked in bankend but still cant work. The filter have override the filter code from new version to older version.

The override could indeed be the problem. Rename temporarily the file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/product/filter.php via FTP in order to deactivate the override and see if that helps. If it doesn't, please provide a screenshot of the filter settings so that we can check on the situation.
