Geen aantal goederen zichtbaar

Hallo,
toevallig zag ik op de site dat het aantal goederen (+/-) niet zichtbaar was. (zie bijlage). Ik heb opnieuw geinstalleerd:
com_hikashop_essential_v4.5.1_2022-04-13_19-24-05.tar.gz
Hierna was het probleem opgelost echter kreeg ik de melding dat ik niet de laatste versie had. Ik heb deze gedownload
(com_hikashop_essential_v4.7.1_2023-02-18_17-36-30.tar.gz) en geinstalleerd.
De fout bleek toen weer terug. (!)
Ik heb "com_hikashop_essential_v4.5.1_2022-04-13_19-24-05.tar.gz" weer geinstalleerd en het probleem is nu opgelost maar ik vraag me af of ik juist heb gehandeld ?

I think the issue is linked to this change we've made in HikaShop 4.7.0:

The input and select elements on the frontend now use the classes of Joomla 4 when using Joomla 4 instead of HikaShop's custom classes.

Your template's CSS must have an issue with the code changes related to this point.
You probably just need to add a bit of CSS to sort it out, like increasing the width of these quantity input fields.
I suppose such CSS should help: We would need to be able to look at the problem directly on the website to be able to say if that would really be the best CSS in your case.

dank voor je antwoord. Ik heb geen kennis van CSS en vraag me af wat ik nu moet doen. Met essential_v4.5.1_ werkt de site nu goed.
Als ik essential_v4.7.1_ installeer zal de fout weer terug komen. Wat is jou advies ?

Install the 4.7.1, add the CSS I gave in my previous message and see if that helps.
If it helps, then it's a win.
If it doesn't, then either:
- leave the 4.7.1 on your website so that we can check on the situation to tell you what to do
- revert to the 4.5.1, make a copy of the website and update HikaShop on the copy so that we can check the situation on the copy to tell you what to do. It's more work, but in that case it won't disturb your customers.

Ik heb geinstalleerd 4.7.1 en de code gezet in user CSS maar zonder resultaat. Zie www.presentdanger.nl/2022-04-14-09-57-54/product/52-vlaggen .

Toen ik de link controleerde in Microsoft Egde blijkt het wel te werken. Wanneer ik open in Firefox (waar ik normaal mee werk) krijg ik geen aantallen te zien ...(???)

Ook op android (CellPhone) zie ik geen aantallen....

It woks fine on my end with all the browsers. For example with Firefox: i.imgur.com/VN1MBzJ.png
It's probably just a caching issue in your browser.
Clear the cache of your browser and you'll see that it displays fine.
