missing payment plugins

I transfered my site to a new server and new domain. It was a upgrade from joomla 3 and a old version of hikashop.

The problem is I'm getting a warning about the paypal plugin being outdated, and I need to select and setup.

But that plugin doesn't show up in payment methods. It is installed on the site, as I can see it via system => plugins

How do I get all the plugins to show up inside Hikashop administration.

I changed the status for the plugin in active but it didn't show up as a payment method inside hikashop.

What you're looking at on the HikaShop's side is not the list of payment plugins. It's the list of payment methods. You can have 0, 1 or several payment methods for each payment plugin.
Since PayPal Checkout is a new plugin, you don't see any payment method for it yet. So click on the "new" button of your payment methods listing. Then, you'll see a list of all the payment plugins, including PayPal Checkout. Select it, and then you'll be able to configure it.
