format the date in emails

-- HikaShop version -- : 6.0 0
-- Joomla version -- : 5.3.1

Probably an easy question, and I'm sure I have done this before, but can't find it anymore...
How/where do I change the format of the date in emails? Like the order date, it is now formatted like 2025-06-30 but I need it to be 30-06-2025.
