Hi,

Can you activate the "debug" setting of the Joomla configuration and try again ?
You should hopefully get an error message with more information about the problem, allowing us to tell you what to do.

If not, then please look in the PHP error log of your hosting (you might have to ask your hosting support) for a "fatal error" message. It should describe what the problem is, allowing us to tell you what to do.
