Hi, I am using the Ship Station paid for plugin, works really well.

I have one issue, I have a product that always shows on the feed to Ship Station as a zero qty.
So if I have 3 products that are passed through, it will create 3 lines of this product on the order as zero qty.
This product does not show on the order in Hikashop.

I spoke to ship station and they said it is the Hikashop plugin as it is passed through on the feed.

It is always the same product that shows.

Can you help fix this.

Thank you for reporting this. You're right, the ShipStation plugin was not filtering out order products with a quantity of 0, so cancelled or partially refunded line items were still being sent to ShipStation in the XML feed.

This has been fixed in version 3.1.1 of the plugin. Products with a quantity of 0 are now skipped when building the XML export.
