PinPay errors

-- PHP version -- : 8.4.21

Just completed upgrades to J 6.1.1 and template as well to Cassopeia_extended and HS to 6.5.0 [2606171052]

PinPayment plugin shows up in Discover and cannot be discovered.

It appeared occasionally previously and it's disabled and unsure why this is happening.

Is that plugin available as a standalone to download?
If not how do I stop that alert happening?
