ORDER/Add to cart button doesn't pop-up it goes to the bottom of the page

Hi,

We got problems, not sure when did it started:
-          the “ORDER” (Add to cart) button from the product listing is not popping-up (product page itself works fine), a text regarding the order goes to the left bottom of the page. See screenshot.


-          When the product (from product listing) is clicked, the page opens under the footer, this is instable, sometimes it opens (which is good) and sometimes it goes to the bottom of the page (which is an error).

Can someone please help me with this problem?

The window you see at the bottom left of the page (product image, "Product succesvol toegevoegd aan de winkelwagen", the SHOP and "Verder winkelen" buttons) is HikaShop's add to cart popup. It is there, but its stylesheet (media/com_hikashop/css/vex.css) did not reach the page, so the browser draws it as plain content at the end of the page, under the footer, instead of as a popup over it. We get exactly the same result on a test shop when that one stylesheet is missing.

Your site's pages go through two optimisers that rewrite HikaShop's CSS and JavaScript: the JSpeed plugin, which merges the files into its own cached files (/media/plg_jspeed/cache/...), and Cloudflare's Rocket Loader, which delays and reorders every script. Such a merged cache is built per set of files, so it is common for one page (here the listing) to get a stale merged file without vex.css while another page (the product page) gets the right one. The way scripts are delayed and reordered is also the likely reason why the product pages sometimes open scrolled down under the footer and sometimes don't.

Please try this, checking after each step in a private browser window:

1. In Cloudflare (Speed > Optimization > Content Optimization), turn off Rocket Loader, then purge Cloudflare's cache.

2. In Joomla, open the JSpeed plugin and clear its cache. If the popup is still broken, add vex.css, vex.min.js and notify-vex.js (and if needed everything under /media/com_hikashop/ and /plugins/hikashop/) to JSpeed's exclusions for CSS and JavaScript, or turn the plugin off for a moment to confirm it is the cause.

3. Clear your browser cache.

If the popup and the product pages behave correctly once both optimisers are off, the cause is confirmed and you can turn them back on with the HikaShop files excluded. If the problem persists with both of them off, please tell us, and send us an address where we can see the product listing: your site currently answers with a Cloudflare security check, which stopped us from opening it.
