Error 500 layout mini not found

I need help urgently. whenever I click the product image for more detail of the product, it will give me error 500 layout mini not found.

Are you using any SEF module ? if yes can you disable it and try it again ?

Thanks for your reply but SEF is off, and the problem still not solve.

This means that you must have selected a "mini" layout for the option "Layout on product page" of the configuration and then you deleted that layout and thus the system doesn't find it anymore. Please revert to the "default" layout and it will work again.

Otherwise, it can also be that the file components/com_hikashop/views/vote/tmpl/mini.php is missing because it was not installed or that you deleted it.
You need to make sure that the file can be created and install again HikaShop and it will add the file automatically.

I didn't select mini on product page layout option but selected default layout, I don't know where mini layout come from.

Then please check my second post. It must come from the vote view's mini layout which is missing.
