Option to show/hide out of stock products?

I just recently download HikaShop and so far I am loving it. Is there any way to have an option for the user to toggle between show/hide out of stock products? If not, can anyone recommend some plugin that might help with that? Or maybe point me in the direction of how to code something like that? Very much appreciated

Hi,
The solution will probably be to edit the "show_default" file of the "product" view of your front-end template through "Hikashop->Display->Views" and to use some html and JavaScript code to display/hide your product stock.

Hi,

Just got the Hikashop and really loving it.

I would also like the possibility to hide products that are no longer in stock or that are no longer available (Product available until xx-xx-xx and the date is passed).

How can I do this ?

Thank you !

Hi,

Products no longer in stock will be hidden automatically when they reach a stock of 0 if you turn off the "show out of stock products" option of the configuration.
For the products no longer available, you can hide them with such plugin:

Thank you !

Hi !

Would the same possibility exist for categories ?

Auto unpublish after a date ?
My categories are months and it would be easy if they would "vanish" if the month is over ...

Let me know !

You can create mass action for this with undocumented {time} placeholder.
2592000 is number of seconds per 30 days so you can adjust it to fit your needs.
