Random products

Hi,
I use Hika shop and random modules on two my site: becart.ba/ and bascarsija.info/
The problem on both this sites is that after each refresh always display the same products.
What's the problem?

The "synchronize with currently displayed item when possible" should be turned off in your module.

I tried but it did not help. All the same.

Then it's probably that you have some caching turned on on your website. Peease check that both the joomla caching option of the configuration and the joomla cache plugin are disabled.

Cache in global configuration is disabled. Joomla cache plugin is disabled too

And do you have more products than the "number of items" option of your module ?
Otherwise, it's normal that the module display the same thing all the time.
