Adding amount of item to order won't display

When trying to add an amount before sending a product into the shopping card, one can't see any number.

If you click to add, it will add something but you can't see how many Even when you visit the shopping cart (Warenkorb) there is not amount indicated.

Please help me here... this has taken a lot of time and I don't find the solutions

the issue is that the padding ( or something else ) is so big that there is no place for text content so text is hidden
