Crash during check out

when i click "Add to Cart " without login it will show a error message screen as "error message.png" but when i login and click Add to Cart , it show error "error message2.png" , can you tell me how to fix it ? thx so much

Please contact your hosting company in order to increase the memory limit setting of your web server in your php.ini and that should solve the problem.
