URL Redirect after Message: Product not found was created by outbreak198x
Hello,

i can't find the option for Redirect the URL after empty Cart, Or if a Google indexd Site is not longer available.

I read it should be under Configuration - View? but it isn't there
Or you mean Views - Views - but also can'T find it there...

I'm using 2.3.1

is it also possible to change the "Product not found" pages? - because on google some old sides are indexd - sent them the new sitemap, but it takes a while to recognize that...

Hi,

You can potentially edit the view "product / show" and instead of the code:
Code:
$app->enqueueMessage(JText::_('PRODUCT_NOT_FOUND'));

Put custom code to redirect to the desired page, something like:

?><script type="text/javascript">window.location.href='Your_custom_location.html'</script><?php

if i remove the first line

$app->enqueueMessage(JText::_('PRODUCT_NOT_FOUND'));


and set it to

?><script type="text/javascript">window.location.href=' www.smartphone-solution.at/index.php/ent.../entsperren-per-code '
i get the website without any text inside - just navigation path

Hi,

This would mean that the modification hasn't been done correctly

Could you do a screenshot of the page where you changed the code of the view ?

Could you also provide the link of the outdated product page ?

The modification is correct as far as I can see. I don't see why it would create an error.
Could you do the modification again and turn on the error reporting and debug mode options of the Joomla configuration and if you have again the problem, see if you have an error at the bottom of the product page ?
