Characteristic not apprear on front end

i have problem with Characteristics i am using this Hika shop for shoes e commerce and now i add Characteristics called Size and Colors i need to show them in the front end but it only show one of them ? i need to see both or all of my Characteristics how ?

What do you see when you click on the "manage variants" button of the product edition page ?
Could you do a screenshot of that page ?

and this for the product edit under the variants

The data is correct for the variants and characteristics.
So all I can think of is that the product view has been edited in some way, either on your end or by your template provider.
If you switch temporarily to the default template of Joomla do you still have the issue ?
