Navigation buttons in shadowbox

I think I do understand 1,3 and 4. But i miss number 2. What do you mean by 'product format div'.
And one more question: should the shadowbox embedded or external be selected?

Thank you so much Bertrand. It works great. The problem here was that I used an old override for the old embedded shadowbox. After deleting this old file (hikashop_image.php in folder <template>/html) the Rokbox works.

It works for me as well except as mentioned earlier, I am seeing the following issue:

- If the user clicks on the thumbnails, navigation is working perfectly.
- If the user clicks on the main images, not the thumbnails, the navigation arrows are missing. How can this be fixed?

Corrected: Mobile is not an issue
Only main image has no navigation.

I would recommend to simply use this plugin:

It provides extra image popup modes so that you can easily switch to a more modern display without any code customization.
It will be way easier than trying to fix the customization codes provided on this thread.

I purchased the plugin and chose to use the swipebox.
At first, it works fine if I click on the product images loaded in the product page.
Once I change the charachteristics, everything breaks and the pop up windows come back empty.
Does this plugin work when we are dealing with product with multiple charachteristics?

A patch was developed but was not online because I didn't receive a feedback for fix confirmation.
I made new tests and I upload the new version of the plugin.
Please re-download it from your HikaShop order and update your website with it.
For my test website, it fixes the issue.
