Hi,

The tab is hidden by CSS and then display using javascript.
But you have a javascript error in your page (which has no link with HikaShop).

Code:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'prettyPhoto' of null

This error stop the javascript process and so, stop the javascript which should display the "description" tab content.
