Change Menu Alias - Product Listing has wrong URL

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0 Business
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.28

I changed the alias for a menu item that displayed a product listing. The products under the menus have the correct URL with the new alias but the products in the product listing still have the old alias in the URL. When selecting a product via the menus the product page displays. When selecting the product via the product listing the content area is blank.

eg.From the menu: astek.website/products/storage/switches-expanders/a51606-sw - displays correctly
From the product listing: astek.website/products/astek-storage-categories-listing/switches-expanders/a51606-sw

How can I fix this so the product listing has only "storage" in the URL not "astek-storage-categories-listing"

Hi,

It could be that you have the wrong URL in the "canonical URL" field of your products. If so, just turn off the "force canonical URLs on listing" setting or enter the correct URL in your products' canonical URL field.

Thanks Nicolas. I thought I had looked at the conical URLs. Obviously not closely enough!
