Backend product as default "direct sub elements" was created by shpuser

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0

Can I set in backend on product list view as default "direct sub elements" because so I can always sort manually products.

Yes.
You need to add an entry with the namekey sub_products_display_all and the value 0 in the hikashop_config table of your database via your phpmyadmin for that.
