Weird behaviour of Add to cart and product view was created by kontakt@friesbureau.dk
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.1

I have this problem:

When I add a product to cart, the popup is not reacting as normal. Instead of adding the product to the cart - it displays another view of the website in the popup, as well as in the cart view.

Hi,

This seems something related to the SEF settings on your website.
Can you provide a screenshot of the settings in the SEF section of the HikaShop configuration ?

What if you download again the latest version install package from our website and install it on your website, does that help ?

Hi Nicholas

Yes it is truly strange. Attached are screenshots of SEF settings in Hikashop and Joomla Global Configuration.

Do you think it is a javascript conflict?

Hi,

Mmm. It's probably linked to the "activate mini URL" setting that you have in the HikaShop configuration. Try turning it on.

Subsequently i received an error 500. I looked it up in the Developer Tools Console.

"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Layoutet registration_form ikke fundet.)" Translated = Layout registration form not found.

Maybe I have to transfer a new installation manually via ftp?

Mmm. That layout doesn't exist.
So it might a problem with your template.
Try renaming the folder templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/user/ via FTP and see if that helps.

In the FTP you provided the issue comes from the file /templates/gk_fest/html/com_hikashop/user/registration.php
which has been incorrectly customized by the template. I've renamed it to registration_.php and that should fix the problem.

So the problem was indeed coming from your template, not HikaShop.
