page with three seperate category sections was created by tomphillipspcs
-- url of the page with the problem -- :
181.224.148.114/~carra2/
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.5.0
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.29
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome
I am trying to display 2 extra "modules" on the main homepage(that will each display category listings) this is in addition to the hikashop display that is already specified via the menu.
But when I go to make a module it says that the settings are non functioning (they should be done by menu settings)
I have looked through lots of posts and documents but they all seem to show different ways of doing things and don;t say what version of hikashop they apply to!
The aim is to divide the homepage into three sections - each showing a separate category - any advice welcomed!

Hi,
Go in the Joomla modules manager, click on the "new" button, select the HikaShop content module, and then configure it there. You'll have a "HikaShop options" tab there where you will be able to configure how the module displays its content.
